You received a message

Open the link from the message. The helper page shows the emergency only after your explicit action. After that, your access is protected and limited in time.

You answer with I’ll help or I can’t. After “I’ll help” you can still choose I can’t after all. PawSafe then asks the next helper.

What delivery means

QueuedThe delivery job was accepted for sending.
DeliveredThe provider reports delivery to the destination network. It does not mean the message was read.
Unknown or failedDelivery could not be confirmed. Check the link again later or contact the owner directly.

App notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp

App notifications are free. SMS and WhatsApp come with an optional subscription. The App Store shows the current price and term before purchase. Delivery depends on the network, the device, and the helper's settings.

Emergency ended or link invalid

Only the owner ends the emergency. After it ends, is revoked, or expires, protected emergency details are not shown again.

An emergency link currently expires after a maximum of seven days. Your access ends after 24 hours or earlier when the owner removes you as a helper.
