1. Scope

PawSafe helps owners set when they will check in, confirm their return, and notify selected helpers about an emergency. Helpers can report their own help status through a protected link. PawSafe is intended for people aged 16 and over.

2. Not an emergency service

PawSafe does not replace emergency services, rescue services, veterinary emergency care, or personal supervision. In an immediate emergency, use your local emergency number. A technical delivery confirmation does not mean a message was read or help was provided.

3. Owner responsibilities

The owner provides accurate and current safety, pet, and contact data and selects only helpers who may be notified. The owner can enable automatic ending before an emergency is open and can end or revoke an open emergency.

4. Helper responsibilities

A helper uses the protected link only for the stated emergency, does not share access information, and reports their own status accurately. No helper response ends the emergency. Only the owner does.

5. App notifications, SMS, and availability

App notifications remain free. The “Extended alerts” subscription is optional and renews automatically until you cancel through Apple. The App Store shows the price, term, and renewal details before purchase. Networks or providers may delay or prevent messages; delivery confirmation does not mean a message was read or help was provided. Cancel through Apple. You can request a refund from Apple. Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app licence. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Availability and changes

PawSafe may be temporarily unavailable. Alerts and delivery depend on the app, device, network, and provider and may be delayed or fail.

7. Content you upload

You can upload photos of your pets. You need the rights to these photos. We store them only to show them to you and, in an emergency, to your helpers. If we learn of unlawful content, we remove it. Send notices to webmaster@blocksize.one.

8. Content rights

PawSafe’s brand, design, text, and software may be used only within the limits of applicable law. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
